Process description

Pieces with strict tolerances are manufactured with delayed release, that is, once the piece is dry. Manufacturing therefore requires a large number of molds.

  1. Filling with automatic circulation of the molds towards the drying area
  2. Natural or steam drying before returning to the manufacturing area
  3. Demolding
  4. Cleaning
  5. Lubrication
  6. Start of a new mold filling cycle

The process can be more or less automatic depending on the client's budget.
