Machine of great production

It is a high capacity installation, of high quality, with a vibrocompressor of great resistance. Fully automatic with a static and very versatile quality, its assembly is simple and easy to operate.

The batching plant is of 1125/750 litres, with 4 vibrating shafts and 3 motors of 22 Kw, for mould filling and compression, with a tray of 1200-1400 x 700 mm, with a capacity of 7,5 blocks of 20 x 20 x 40, or 7 ceiling blocks of 15, or 0,5 m2 of paver per cicle. 

2050 Rometa block making machine, manufactures pieces such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks or kerbstones 1 MT. 

The block making machine can be complementes by a more or less complete set , since the 2050-80 configuration, that includes the machine, exit table and elevator-lowerator of 12 trays, up to an elevator-lowerator configuration of 20 trays with automatic packing and a batching plant with 3 or more aggregates (2050-90).
