Large production machine

It is a medium capacity installation, full automatic, with static quality, it is very versatile and easy to operate, its assembly is simple.

Batching Plant capacity is 567/375 liters. With 2 vibrating shafts of 7.5 kW for the filling and compression of the mould. 1100x600 mm board with a capacity of 4 blocks 20x20x40 cm, 5 ceiling blocks of 15 cm or 0.4 m2 of pavers per cycle.

Rometa 1010 is able to make products such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks or kerbstones 1 m.

The Block Making Machine can be complemented by a more or less complete set. From configuration 1010-10, which includes the block machine, an exit table and a hand truck for three trays, to configuration 1010-50 with elevator and lowerator for 4/6 trays, Automatic Packing System and Batching Plant with 2 or 3 aggregates.
