In 2020, ROMETA SA, manufacturer of machinery for the production of concrete pieces since 1956, decides to develop the mold production activity with the integration of MOLDES Y LAPEADOS, which has an experience of more than 30 years in the area.

The TOFORM brand was born.

TOFORM are moulds designed for all all brands of block machines that can produce hollow blocks, solid blocks kerbstones, pavers, ceiling blocks, and all types of precast concrete. We offer models that meet all the needs of manufacturers of precast concrete:

All our molds for presses are manufactured by mechanized divisions with numerical control (CNC) for better demoulding and are without constraints.

We use high quality steel alloys and the most suitable treatments to reduce wear and guarantee the durability of our moulds:

• Wear resistant steel 500 HB (Brinell)
• Treatment with resistance of 900 (Vickers)
• Anti-wear performance of 64-66 HRC (Rockwell C)

ROMETA SA designs molds with high quality finishes that allow reduced setting time as well as perfect filling and demoulding for increased productivity. We use CNC to ensure the accuracy of all molds made in our facilities.
