Machine of great production

It is a fully automatic installation with a static and very versatile quality, its assembly is simple and easy to operate.

Batching plant capacity is 565/375 liters, with 2 vibrating shafts of 11 Kw for the filling and compression of the mould, with a tray of 1200 x 600 mm,  with a capacity of 5 blocks of 20 x 20 x 40, or 7 ceiling blocks of 15, or 0.5 m2 of pavers per cycle.

Rometa 2010 produces pieces such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks o kurbstones 1 MT. 

The Block Making Machine can be complemented by a more or less complete set. From configuration 2010-10, which include the block machine, and exit table and a hand truck for three trays, up to a elevator and lowerator configuration for 8 trays with automatic packing system and Batching Plant with 2 o 3 aggregates (2010-50).

Rometa 2010 is available in 3 different configurations: ROMETA 2010-10 • ROMETA 2010-30 • ROMETA 2010-50.
