Who makes the molds? And Trays

Rometa supplied molds, although you can use molds made in the area, with the general measures taken by Rometa Machine.

Rometa works with molds of different countries, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, by type and customer needs.

Pavers molds of slabs, hollow blocks,kerbstones, curbs, walls, ... We can manufacture the mold of any piece that the customer can design

The parts are manufactured on a wooden tray, sized according to machine, from 1.200 x 600 to 1.200 x 1.200 mm.

The trays must be cleaned, oiled, turn them to good performance. The facility performs all this work Rometa automatic.

The number of trays depends on the hours to make each day. The dryer shall be reduced to the production of 1.5 days.
