    Process description:

    Using two sand aggregates and color for producing wet concrete. Dosing by weight (aggregates, color and cement).

    Concrete transport from mixer to mould feeder by aerial hooper. One operator is controlling production and one more supervising cubic system and forklift.

    Wet concrete dispenser by electronic system which is located before filling the mould. Vibration to help it.

    Dosing - Filling - Vibration - Forklift to dry area and back - Demoulding - Cubic semi-automatic - Cleaning mould - Oil and to Start again.

    There are many parts that can not be manufactured with instantaneous unmolding as blocks or pavers. A lot of molds are needed, and molds are circulating. The filling is done and the molds automatically circulate to the drying zone, with natural drying or steam, to return to the manufacturing area.
