Mixing plants are based in a planetary mixer, suitable for the manufacture of blocks, curbs, pavers, pipes, beams and plates.

They may be different number of aggregates and one or two mixers to produce the second layer of paving stone.
Perfectly homogeneous mixture produce either dry concrete, soft, light, heavy or refractory.
Incorporated in computer control system, which informs us of all consumption of cement and aggregates used for each batch and cumulative days.

These plants may incorporate a support system by modem.

It can produce different types of mixing different formulas to feed several machines with the same mix.
The concrete transport truck to the machine is direct or by tape or high hopper, mono-rail or bi-rail gate or swivel.
The dosage of the aggregates is selected by volume or weight by weighing belt or a chute that moves to each hopper.
Water control is counter liters or weight. The water allocation is done at different points, achieving a more uniform concrete.
The interior of the mixer is coated by different anti-wear material plates bolted to facilitate change.
