Molds that have life? How many cycles can do with a mold?

The life of a mold depends on:     

• Aggregates, if they are of limestone, granite, ....     
• Use of vibration in the machine. If vibrate much or less     
• If the compression is too high or not.

There are customers who come to 150,000 cycles with more than 1 million pieces. The same mold in other cases may reach half.

We can prolong life more molds, but the concrete blocks will be heavier. If the wall thickness increases wear 1 mm, have a 0.5 Kg.
